Our consulting services are embedded in our overall process but can also be accessed by homeowners who just need a little extra support. Construction isn't easy, we are here to help you understand it better.
We help homeowners with all aspects of a project, whether it's a second opinion, to get advice on who to call or who to hire. Some of the ways we provide consulting services for include: Home Inspections, Project Management, Drawing Review, Insurance Claims and more. If you do not want to hire a GC to take on a project but still want to be sure you are proceeding the right way, we can consult on any phase of the project you need assistance with.
DESIGN
Great design doesn’t have to be expensive, but you won’t achieve the look you desire without a plan and a team of professionals in place. Whether you are building a new home or remodeling your current one, it is essential to hire the right professionals to ensure your project is a success. Our team of experienced professionals are passionate about making your vision come to life, so you can trust us to take care of every detail along the way. We work directly with you to design the home of your dreams. This can include working with designs you already have or starting from the very beginning. We create design renderings, floor plans and elevations, select and shop for products, and then oversee the installation. Selections can include: flooring, cabinetry, countertop, backsplash, moldings, paint colors, plumbing and lighting fixtures, hardware finishes, furnishings, and more. While we specialize in kitchen and bath design, we also design closets, laundry rooms, mud rooms, living rooms, dining rooms, or any other room of the home you desire.

In addition to our consulting work, we connect clients to our wholesale trade partners to take advantage of the best industry pricing for all building and remodeling needs. Because cabinets play a pivotal role in kitchen designs and remodels, we became a dealer for several lines of cabinets to help homeowners afford a quality remodel. All cabinets purchased through us are sold at a 25% discount from retail prices.

Our mid-level and most popular line offering semi-custom options at an affordable price point. With multiple door styles and an unlimited amount of paint colors, the options are plentiful to create a one-of-a-kind kitchen.

The building side of our team brings all of the planning and designing to fruition. We follow all building codes and regulations, and we take care of obtaining all needed permits for the project. For all remodeling projects, our team also assists our clients in making the needed arrangements while work is being done on their home. Our team prides themselves on keeping a clean jobsite and ensuring homeowners can enjoy the other areas of their home while renovations are happening. Our years of experience have given us a deep understanding of the process and timeline of remodeling so we can expertly time all work being done and ensure each project is completed as efficiently as possible. We value our client’s time and want to minimize disruption and provide their finished project in a timely fashion.
